Who We Are

The Upton County Library, McCamey  is located in McCamey, Texas.  The Upton County Library provides free services to all residents living within the state of Texas.

The library holds over 20,000 materials including books,  magazines, newspapers, and compact discs, are also now available for check-out.

In addition, people come to the library to utilize print and electronic reference resources, access the Internet through the Library’s fiber-optic connection,  and enjoy state-of-the-art Wi-Fi service.

The Upton County Library - McCamey gives people of all ages a means to continue to learn throughout their lives, to meet their recreational and educational needs. By offering various formats of information. The library offers a means to answer questions.

The Upton County Library - McCamey will continue to provide free and open access to information for the recreational and educational needs of all people. The vision is to provide access to information, respect for diversity, quality service, love and respect for the written word. To provide equal access to information connecting people with current information, and technology to encourage learning.
